This article will highlight the different expected processing times for the data products in the Sitemark platform

Below you will find a table of the turnaround times for all of the data products of the Sitemark platform.

The turnaround times refer to the processing of the data that has been uploaded to the platform and therefore refer to the time from when the data has passed the necessary quality checks and been accepted into processing to being delivered.

We also offer fast track (FT) options for Solar Thermography Pro and Solar Thermography products as below.

Please note that if Product add-ons are included in the delivery of the inspection then there will be custom turnaround times applied to that delivery to account for the additional work of those add-ons. For more information on this please reach out to your Sales Manager or Customer support through Intercom to help you with this.

Expected delivery dates

To help clarify when you will receive the results of your inspection, we also provide an expected delivery date based on the turnaround times shown above. This delivery date is shown in the platform on the information page of the operation as well as an automated email sent to all users of the platform with the correct permissions. It's possible that, in some cases, these emails can be caught by your junk filter, so please make sure to check and permit these emails to make sure that you receive them properly.

❗️At the moment, this expected delivery date does not include the additional time required for product add-ons, if you have opted for a product add you can consult your Account Manager or Operations contact to understand the impact this will have on the end delivery date.
