Why Port Data to Sitemark?
Porting your historical inspection data into Sitemark allows you to maintain a single source of truth for all your site information. This ensures that past and present data are easily accessible and can be analyzed together to support better decision-making.
Steps to Port Data
Access the Specific Inspection
Navigate to the specific site within the Raptor Maps platform.
Open the particular inspection you wish to port into Sitemark.
Download the Required Files
Export the KML File:
First navigate to the top right hand side of the screen and click on the three dots. Select the legacy view option.
Locate the Download dropdown menu at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the dropdown to view available export options.
Select KML from the dropdown menu. This file contains essential inspection data required for Sitemark.
Export the Original Imagery:
Once on the operation results page of the Raptor Maps interface, click on the three dots located in the top right corner. Under the Image Sets section, click on the first image set listed.
The image set details will open. On the right-hand side, click Downloads and select Download Original Images.
Raptor Maps will send you an email with a download link for the selected image set.
Important: Repeat this step for every image set associated with the inspection to ensure all data is available for Sitemark.
Provide Data to Sitemark
Share the KML and ZIP files with the Sitemark team according to the provided instructions.
Once imported, you will have seamless access to all your historical data alongside ongoing Sitemark data for in-depth analysis and performance tracking.
