π― Step-by-Step Guide to Filtering Tickets
1. Open the Ticket View
Navigate to the main ticket view in the mobile app.
Youβll likely see many tickets listed, especially on busy construction sites.
2. Filter by Form
To narrow tickets based on the form type:
Tap the form filter section (usually visible at the top or in a sidebar).
Deselect all forms except the one relevant to you.
Close the filter sidebar by tapping the βοΈ icon.
β Only the selected form's tickets will now appear in your view.
3. Apply Advanced Filters
To further refine the list based on your assignments and ticket status:
Tap the filter icon at the top-right corner.
Use the following filter options:
Assigned to Me: Show only tickets assigned to you.
Status = To Do: Focus on tickets that still require action.
Tags: Filter tickets by relevant tags.
4. Review Results
After applying filters, check the ticket list:
If no tickets are shown, you may have no tickets that fall in your filter categories (fe. No tickets assigned to you or no ticket statuses that are still set to todo)
You can also toggle to view Resolved tickets to confirm your completed work.
