🎯 Step-by-Step Guide to Filtering Tickets

1. Open the Ticket View

  • Navigate to the main ticket view in the mobile app.

  • You’ll likely see many tickets listed, especially on busy construction sites.

2. Filter by Form

To narrow tickets based on the form type:

  1. Tap the form filter section (usually visible at the top or in a sidebar).

  2. Deselect all forms except the one relevant to you.

  3. Close the filter sidebar by tapping the βœ–οΈ icon.

βœ… Only the selected form's tickets will now appear in your view.

3. Apply Advanced Filters

To further refine the list based on your assignments and ticket status:

  1. Tap the filter icon at the top-right corner.

  2. Use the following filter options:

    • Assigned to Me: Show only tickets assigned to you.

    • Status = To Do: Focus on tickets that still require action.

    • Tags: Filter tickets by relevant tags.

4. Review Results

  • After applying filters, check the ticket list:

    • If no tickets are shown, you may have no tickets that fall in your filter categories (fe. No tickets assigned to you or no ticket statuses that are still set to todo)

    • You can also toggle to view Resolved tickets to confirm your completed work.
