The Sitemark - Procore integration lets you automatically send issues (tickets) from Sitemark into your Procore punch list.
Step 1: Install the Sitemark App in Procore
To connect your Procore account with Sitemark, you’ll first need to install our app in Procore.
Log in to your Procore account.
Go to App Management.
Select Install App.
Choose Custom App and paste the following version key:

Make sure to grant access to the projects you want to link.
Once installed, you’ll see the Sitemark app listed in your App Management view.
Step 2: Link Your Company
Next, we'll have to activate your Procore integration for you. Reach out to our support team through the Intercom chat and ask them to activate Procore for you.
Once that's completed, you'll see a Procore connection in the Company > Integrations list.
Step 3: Link Your Project
Each Sitemark site corresponds to a Procore project. In order to activate the Procore integration on a site:
Go to the site's Info tab.
Select the Integrations section.
Click Activate next to the Procore integration.
Fill in your Project ID and click Save
Your project ID is not the same as the project number. You can find your project ID by navigating to the relevant project in Procore and checking the URL:

The 40423
here is the project ID.
Step 4: Start Sending Punch Items
Once linked, every new ticket created in Sitemark will automatically appear as a punch item in Procore.
⚠️ For now, only the description of the ticket is sent. Updates made later in Sitemark will not sync back to Procore (this will be improved in the future).
Sitemark tickets allow you to jump to the Procore ticket easily using the External Reference.
✅ That’s it! Your Sitemark tickets now flow directly into your Procore punch list.
