Step 2: Link Your Company

To activate the Procore integration for your company, go to Settings > Connected Apps and click Connect.

Fill in a name for the connection, as well as your Procore company id to link it to the right account. Usually you'll have only one connection, but in rare cases you might use different Procore accounts for different sites.

Your company ID can be found by checking the Procore URL right after login.

The 3815815 here is the company ID.

Once that's completed, you'll see a Procore connection in the apps list.

Step 3: Link Your Project

Each Sitemark site corresponds to a Procore project. In order to activate the Procore integration on a site:

  1. Go to the site's Info tab.

  2. Select the Integrations section.

  3. Click Activate next to the Procore integration.

  4. Fill in your Project ID and click Save

Your project ID is not the same as the project number. You can find your project ID by navigating to the relevant project in Procore and checking the URL:

Step 4: Start Sending Punch Items

Once linked, every new ticket created in Sitemark will automatically appear as a punch item in Procore, as well as the other way around.

Several fields are synchronized:

  • The description of the ticket becomes the name in Procore

  • Severity

  • Status

  • Due date

Other fields aren't synced, but tickets created in Sitemark will get a link in their description in Procore to easily navigate back to Sitemark, to get additional context and an accurate geographical location. This link also works on mobile with our Field Link application.
