Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, ensuring your data stays safe. By enabling 2FA, you'll need to verify your identity with a code from an authenticator app in addition to your regular password.
Follow these steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Sitemark account.
Step 1: Access the Security Settings
Log in to your Sitemark account.
In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click on your profile icon.
From the dropdown menu, select Edit Profile.
Step 2: Go to Security Settings
In the profile editing page, navigate to the Security tab at the top.
Click on Set Up Two-Factor Authentication to begin the setup process.
Step 3: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy). If you prefer manual entry, click on Show code for manual configuration.
Enter your current account password in the designated field.
Enter the code from your authenticator app into the provided box.
Click Enable 2FA to complete the setup.
Once you complete these steps, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled, adding an additional layer of security to your Sitemark account.
