Activating your Digital Twin and Field Link subscriptions

This article will explain how to activate your licenses once you have the credits

Introduction

In order to take advantage of the additional benefits provided by the Digital Twin and Field link subscriptions, they first need to be activated on your site.


How to activate your subscriptions on sites that have already been created

Click on the site you would like to activate your subscriptions on, then navigate to the Info tab and Licenses section shown below.

If you click on the Upgrade License button you will be presented with the modal that will let you choose which subscriptions you would like to activate, shown below.

Once you have selected the Digital Twin subscription you would like to upgrade to, you will need to select the License information that will use the credits on your account for this subscription and site.

After you have successfully added this information you will then be able to add the Field Link subscription to the site if you like.

To finalise, click the Upgrade button at the bottom of the modal, your subscription will then be activated for this site.

How to activate your subscriptions when creating a new site

If you are creating a new site that you would like to have a digital twin subscription and/or a field link subscription on, you can activate it while creating the site.

This article will show you the process of creating a new site.

Once you reach the Subscription screen shown below, you can choose the Digital Twin subscription you would like to activate.

Then select the license you would like to use, this will consume the credits from your platform to activate the subscription.

After you have successfully added this information you will then be able to add the Field Link subscription to the site if you like.

To finalise, click the +Create button at the bottom of the screen, your subscription will then be activated for this site.
