Catch underperforming inverters and dispatch a technician without leaving Sitemark

Your live monitoring data, your inspections, and your tickets, all in the same place. No more switching between portals to figure out what's happening and who to send.

When an inverter stops producing

Spot it on the map without portal-switching, see exactly when production dropped, and dispatch a technician with the right context already attached to the ticket.
The full loop, identify → diagnose → dispatch → close, happens in one place.

During a routine performance review

Pull up the new monitoring dashboard: normalized AC power for every inverter on the site, shown as a heatmap, a component table, and time-series curves. Outliers jump out without opening a second tool.

When a technician arrives on site

The ticket already carries the component, the time of the issue, and the recent power curve. No separate handoff, no "let me forward you the screenshot from the monitoring platform."

The basics

What does the monitoring integration do?

It pulls live data from your monitoring platform into Sitemark and links it to the right components (inverters today). You see the same numbers you'd see in your monitoring portal, but visualized in the Sitemark digital twin alongside your inspections, anomalies, and tickets.

Which monitoring platforms are supported?

3E (Synaptic) and Meteocontrol are fully supported at launch. The architecture is built to extend to other platforms, and we're already validating it on other platforms. If you use a different platform, reach out and we'll scope the addition with you.

What data is shown?

At launch, normalized AC power per inverter (kWh/kWp) as a live time series. You'll find it:

  • On individual inverter pages, with selectable time ranges

  • On the new monitoring dashboard: component table, time-series curves, and heatmap

Dashboards default to shorter time windows (today, this week) and you can zoom in or out as needed.

Does this sync alarms or tickets with my monitoring platform?

Not in this version. Based on customer feedback, auto-syncing alarms creates too much noise, so it's intentionally out of v1. You can still create tickets manually in Sitemark from any anomaly. Two-way alarm and ticket sync is on the roadmap as a separate, opt-in capability.

How do I get it enabled?

Reach out to your Customer Success contact. We'll handle the back-end configuration, including secure storage of your monitoring credentials and linking each inverter to the right reference in your monitoring platform.

Is this included in my subscription?

Yes, the monitoring integration is part of the Digital Twin Advanced subscription. If you're on a different plan and want to enable it, talk to your account contact.
