February was about removing friction. Fewer clicks to update tickets, faster sign-in, smarter forms, and AI that works without anyone babysitting it. Here's what's new.
✨ Stop scrolling through endless field lists: your forms now have sections
If your forms have dozens of fields (think detailed inspections, complex site surveys, or equipment inventories), you know how quickly they become a wall of inputs. This month we launched Form Property Sections: a way to group your properties under collapsible, named headers, so the right information is always one click away, not three scrolls down.
This also makes your PDF reports significantly more readable: instead of one long flat list, exported reports now reflect the same logical groupings you've set up in the platform.
Works across web, Field Link, and PDF reports. No migration needed, it's purely additive.
🔐 Sign into Sitemark with your Microsoft account
Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra is now available on Sitemark Web. Your team members can sign in with one click using their existing Microsoft work account, no separate password, no friction.
Once configured, a "Sign in with Microsoft" button appears on the Sitemark login screen. That's all your team needs to get in.
For admins, authentication is handled entirely through your existing Microsoft Entra setup, meaning you keep full control over access from day one.
→ Set up SSO yourself with this guide or contact your CSM for help.

A set of smaller but useful improvements across the platform:
Bulk edit custom ticket properties on the map: you could already bulk edit default properties in the operations map, and now custom properties work too. Select multiple tickets, update in one action, done. Learn more
Edit ticket location: move a ticket's pin to the correct location directly from the operations map. Learn more
PDF reports: include all fields option: choose to show every field in a report, even empty ones, for complete documentation. Learn more
Component Hierarchy Setup (admin only): define how component types relate to each other and the platform links them automatically, based on physical overlap or name matching. Coming soon to all users.
Mention notifications link directly to comments: @mention notifications now include who tagged you, the form and component type name, and the site, and take you directly to the specific comment.
