How Do I Stay Notified About My Operations?
Sitemark sends email notifications to keep you informed about your drone operations. You'll receive updates when operation delivery dates change or when an operation moves to a new status.
What Notifications Will I Receive?
You can receive email notifications for the following operation updates:
Delivery date changed: When the expected delivery date for an operation is updated
Operation status changed: When an operation moves to a new status (e.g., from "Planned" to "Flown")
How Do I Manage My Operation Notifications?
You can configure what types of emails you want to receive by editing your profile.
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
Select Edit Profile
Go to the Notifications tab
Toggle the operation notifications on or off under the Email column
ℹ️ Operation notifications are email-only. For in-app notifications, see ticket notifications.

Every email that can be disabled also contains a handy link to these preferences.
Note that these preferences are shared across companies. If you belong to multiple companies, they will apply to all of them.
