👥 User groups
Admins can now create groups and assign permissions to the group rather than to individual users. Add a user to a group and they inherit its access immediately. Change the group and every member updates at once.
The shift: large accounts with many sites, subcontractors, and asset owners have outgrown user-by-user permission management. Groups make it practical to roll out least-privilege access — EPCs see what they need, asset owners don't see what they shouldn't.
🛒 Inspection catalog and marketplace ordering
The ordering screen is now a proper marketplace. Search and filter across all inspection products, each with a clear description, flight spec, and turnaround time. New product types — electrical, MC4, BESS, soiling, erosion — are now visible and orderable for pilot accounts.
🔍 Barcode scanning in Field Link
Field technicians can now scan panel serial numbers directly from Field Link while on-site. Each scan links the serial number to the component's digital twin, so warranty claims, commissioning acceptance, and replacement tracking all draw from the same record. Bulk scanning is available as a POC for full-plant capture.
The shift: serial-number traceability no longer depends on drone capture alone. Teams can verify inventory on the ground during commissioning, module swaps, or regulatory walks, exactly when barcode-level proof is required.

Foundation detection in construction monitoring: Sitemark now detects foundations automatically from aerial imagery.
Global Navigator: press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in the platform to open a search bar and jump to any site instantly. The search icon in the sidebar opens the same palette.
Attachments on components and tickets: photos, documents, and files now attach directly to components and tickets.
Bar charts for ticket dashboards: ticket data renders as bar charts for a quick read on status distribution and category breakdowns.
Photo navigation in the ticket viewer: cycle through all photos attached to a ticket using previous/next controls, with a thumbnail grid for quick scanning.
Ticket notifications: receive in-app or email notifications when you're assigned a ticket, or when a ticket you created or are assigned to changes status.
Map charts in PDF reports: map-based charts can now be included in exported PDF reports.
