How to Track Your Credits

Monitor your remaining credits and track usage across all your products.

ℹ️ To access and view your company's invoices, you must have billing permissions as a user.

1. Log Into Your Company Account

Begin by logging into the Sitemark platform using your credentials. Make sure you are logged into the correct company account if you have access to multiple companies.

2. Access the Company Administration Menu

Once logged in, navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the dashboard. From the sidebar, select the Settings menu. This section contains all the administrative tools related to your company's account.

3. Open the Products Section and View Active Credits

From the Settings menu, click on Products. This will display your credit tracking dashboard, showing all available and used credits organized by product type.

Understanding Your Credit Display

The credit tracking system automatically calculates your remaining credits by:

  • Summing up all credits from your orders

  • Grouping them by product category

  • Displaying both available and used credits

Important Notes

Credit Expiration: Credits expire one year after purchase by default. Once expired, these credits will no longer appear in your available or used credit totals.

Data Acquisition Products: For data acquisition products, the quantity shown may not always reflect the exact number of units, as quotes sometimes list 1 unit for a combination of different flights bundled together.
