April 2026 - What's New in Sitemark

Monthly update on released features - April

April was all about making your reports client-ready and helping your teams move faster. Overhauled thermography reports, built-in ticket priority, and a new way to create tickets in bulk with random sampling so nothing slips through the cracks.

📜 Thermography PDF reports, completely redesigned

Thermography reports are now share-ready deliverables. No more supplementing with Excel or PowerPoint before handing them to a client.

The new reports include a clickable table of contents, page numbers, and a cleaner layout so anyone, even someone seeing the report for the first time, can find what they need. Summary tables at the start give a quick overview of all anomalies. Data beneath charts means the numbers are always right there, not buried in a separate file.

For IEC compliance, reports now include expanded technical parameters (T_REFL, GSD, emissivity) alongside the existing flight data.

🎯 Ticket creation for random component sample

Bulk select components, hit Create tickets, and pick a form, assignees, and a sampling percentage. Tickets are created on a random subset matching that percentage, no opening items one by one.

Great for EPC quality inspections: subcontractors run checklists on all components, then the EPC samples a subset for QC.

💡 Did you know? Hold Alt + click on the map to bulk select components in one go. Combine it with the new sampling flow to go from selection to tickets in seconds.

⚡ Ticket priority

Tickets now have a built-in priority field with three levels. Default sorting reflects priority, so high-urgency items surface first in every list and map view. Assign priority during creation or update it later as situations evolve.

Also shipped in April

  • Automatic follow-up tickets for NOK fields: when an inspection pass/fail field is marked NOK, a follow-up ticket can now be created automatically using the form you select in the form editor. Big time saver for QA/QC teams running punch lists.

  • Road labelling for construction sites: label and track road infrastructure directly within construction monitoring projects.

  • Single component creation: create individual components on the map without needing a bulk import.

  • SharePoint backup automation: scheduled exports to SharePoint now run automatically. No more manual exports.
