Ticket Statuses & Colors

In Sitemark, different colors are used to represent the status of tickets. These colors are displayed on ticket pins and in the ticket view to easily identify the ticket status.

Ticket Statuses and Their Colors

The following ticket statuses exist:

  • To Do (Red): These tickets are newly created and awaiting action.

  • In Progress (Yellow): These tickets are currently being worked on.

  • Resolved (Green): These tickets have been addressed and resolved.

  • Won't Do (Black): These tickets will not be addressed, often due to irrelevance or low priority.

  • Closed (Grey): Closed tickets are archived and no longer appear on the map view by default.
