May 2026 - What's New in Sitemark

May was about making everyday workflows feel lighter. A revamped ordering and operation creation flow streamline how teams set up work, and live monitoring data that lands inside Sitemark is available to all our customers.

📡 Monitoring data, live inside Sitemark

Sitemark pulls live monitoring data into the platform. The first integrations connect to 3E (Synaptiq) and Meteocontrol (VCOM), with normalized AC power per inverter on every component page and a new customizable monitoring dashboard to track what matters across a site.

The shift: stop juggling five to ten monitoring portals to track performance. Production data sits on the map and in dashboards next to inspection and ticket data, so an underperforming inverter becomes a technician ticket without leaving Sitemark.

Now in the hands of reference customers for validation. More data sources and alarm support follow.

🛒 A cleaner path from ordering to operation

The ordering screen and the operation creation flow now share one streamlined workflow. From picking a data product to defining where to fly, fewer clicks and less scrolling.

On the ordering screen, filter data products by category or search across operations instead of scrolling through the full catalogue. Finding the right product is a click, not a scroll.

When creating an operation, the redesigned flow lets you draw an area on the map or select multiple regions yourself, with clearer steps from data product selection through to confirmation.

This sets the stage for a marketplace-style ordering experience that scales as more data products come online.

Also shipped in May

  • Field Link offline history: Field Link now records the actual time a change happened, even when offline, with latest-change-wins on concurrent edits. Foundational for reliable handoffs at low-connectivity sites.

  • Advanced filters on the site map: filter both tickets and components from the site map, no more switching to the operations map.

  • Sidebar for form and component editors: click any property to edit its configuration. Less clutter, same drag-and-drop reordering.

  • Trench type import for construction monitoring: classify components by their design source layer at import time. Useful for splitting progress by trenches, piles, or other component groupings.

  • Site map timeline: travel back in time on the site map. Pick a past date to see the operations performed at that point.

  • Notes on progress: add context directly on progress tracking, so updates carry the reasoning behind them.
