🏗️ Design checks now cover foundations, fences and narrow roads
Sitemark now flags foundations built outside their design footprint or where none was planned, fences that drift from the design line, and roads built narrower than designed. Until now only roads built wider were caught, so the half that costs rework was invisible.
Every flagged deviation states the tolerance it was judged against, so a challenged finding has its answer on the card. Tolerances can be tuned to your site's standard: ask your Customer Success Manager. Foundations and fences need to be drawn as shapes or lines in your design file, like roads and trenches.
✅ Required fields, at the right moment
Form fields can now be marked as required, and you choose when: to create, to plan, to resolve or to close a ticket. A ticket cannot move into that stage until the field is filled in, and the app says exactly which field is missing. Set it to Warning instead and it only reminds.
It applies when tickets are created, moved on the board or through the status dropdown, and bulk edited. Tickets already past a stage keep moving. Rolling out to all accounts over the coming week; ask your Customer Success Manager if you want it sooner.
📱 Field Link: faster offline downloads
Downloading a site for offline work is 3 to 4 times faster, and a progress ring shows how far along it is, with a tap for details or to cancel. An interrupted download no longer looks finished, so nobody walks onto site with half the data.

Plan tickets in the calendar: drag to reschedule, resize to change duration, or click an empty slot to create one. Introduction to tickets →
Automations that reach people: rules can notify your team, a user group or an external contact, and generate a PDF report when an operation completes.
Lengths, not segment counts: the map legend for roads, trenches and fences shows total length per status in your site's units.
Site data age on the map: a new dashboard chart shows how long ago each part of a site was last flown, from green to red. Add it via Dashboards → Add chart → Flights.
"Is not" filters: every filter condition has a negative twin, plus a new is not empty check.
Group the operation table by component: turn the flat list of findings into a tree, for example deviations per table.
Richer design imports: set several component properties at import, including the required trench depth that depth checks compare against.
Filter Field Link tickets by form: show or hide a form's tickets on the map.
Photo timestamps: Field Link can stamp the capture time into every in-app photo. Switched on per company, ask your Customer Success Manager.
